Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. In general, all the products we sell on our website are custom print and made-to-order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Where Will My Order Ship From?
We ship orders from the United States, Sri Lanka, and China.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Zakyz ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zakyz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Zakyz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs & Duties
In order to help you get the parcel with free tax via customs, we will declare it as “GIFT” with a lower value. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Address Changes
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after payment, we will change your request for a new address. If your package is returned due to an address issue, we will reship the package to your new address after it arrives at our warehouse. This process may take some time, and the customer is responsible for this condition.
Order Cancellation Policy
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel your order.
Note: We don’t provide signature-required delivery options. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package in a timely manner after UPS, FedEx, or another courier service delivers your package to your given address to avoid lost or stolen package issues. If a package is lost, please contact the courier service with your tracking number for more assistance as soon as possible.
